UDEMY is a complete waste of money
UDEMY is a complete waste of money! The educators are failed losers that could not make it in their chosen field. The customer support is non-existent. The portal is a pathetic design of poor navigation. Students will continually receive unwanted notifications even while the settings say otherwise. The lousy company will virtually stalk you, and will not go away. I plan on filing an FCC complaint that is in violation of the email spam act.

No customer service or contact route
Paid for a course in february of 2023, did open but it stopped after a few minutes. Have tried again and again but my account says I have no purchases!! Although I took a screen shot of the payment I have no way of contacting the company. I looked up the name of the CEO, Greg Brown, as I feel I should write to them. They have a premises in Windmill Lane, Dublin Ireland, D02F206. The company is Funded by the IDA. The owner and founder is originally from Turkey but is based in the US.

superp support
i use udemy since 2017, have over 100 courses. i love the provided content. few days ago i lost access to my email account, and to my mfa. no chnace to access to my content on udemy due to my fault. udemy support helped me within 48 hours. i had to create a new account, provide infos to my purchases and just even a few seconds ago, all my content is transfered from my old to my new account. thank you udemy, for helping me this fast, so easy with clear instructions.

No Refund; Worst Customer Service
I bought a course by mistake and submitted for a refund twice, but it didn't work at all. Then, I talked with their customer service and they said it's been more than 30 days and it's not possible, and they asked for a screenshot for the refund request! Who takes a screenshot when submitting a refund request? That was the last time I bought a course from them.

There is no refund
There is no refund, no money back guarantee. Once you buy the course, you can neither change the course, no as for refund. I bought a python course on Udemy, but I found it very basic, I mailed them for like 10 times for refund but they kept saying we are working on it, but they never worked on it. Remember I was asking for refund just after 3 days. They don't care at all.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. After my partners account got hacked and suspended, udemy refuses to transfer the courses to another account and refuses a refund of the paid courses.

I seriously love this company
I seriously love this company. complainers are just ungrateful. Cheap courses, no monthly fees. Just everything in one nice little place. Plus you get certifiacates of completion. C'mon!! I'd give it more stars, but they only give you 5. Udemy rocks....

30 days money back guarantee is a lie
30 days money back guarantee? They don't even contact you about your refund request. The course I bought was about 20 dollars(in my currency) and 2 days later, it fell to 3.5 dollars. I requested a partial refund, but no one has contacted me nor said anything about it. Know this before buying a course.

No publish dates for free courses
If you are looking for free courses you can't see their publish date. If you look through paid courses you can see dates. So it's absolutely useless service if you want to find something to learn programming languages. You'll find out in the middle of a course that you are learning 10 years old knowledges. I think it's disrespectful for users.

Pay for a YT video and get worse…
Pay for a YT video and get worse quality! ...sorry to be harsh; but I couldn't be more accurate. A non-expert records a video with some plain slides, showing some basic concepts strictly taken from some documentation: no postproduction, no animations, unique content or reference sheets... (based on 4 courses scored above 4.5)

Don’t trust in this company
What a sham, I went to login to my account after 4 years of being their client and having bought more than 30 courses. Suddenly I get a message that my account has been suspended without giving me a reason. Customer support is saying nothing as well!! They won’t refund my money and will do nothing about this mistake which was their own fault! Worst company ever. Basically just stole my money!
